Driving Directions
From the San Diego Freeway (405):
From the north, exit Wilshire East; or from the south, exit Wilshire Westwood. Turn left on Westwood Blvd. and go straight past Le Conte Avenue (the street becomes Westwood Plaza). The hospital is on the left, past UCLA Medical Plaza.

From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):
Take the San Diego Freeway northbound to Wilshire Boulevard east, and continue as described above.

Patients and visitors to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital at UCLA and Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA have valet parking services available on Westwood Plaza.  When leaving, you will retrieve your vehicle from the Valet Lobby located on Level P.

Patient drop-off is available at all entrances. Alternate parking is available on campus.

Which RV Park is closest to UCLA?
Dockweiler State Beach has a full service RV park and is located approximately 14 miles south-west of the UCLA campus. Dockweiler RV Park is freeway-close. Take any north-south freeway in L.A. County to the 105 Freeway, and head west. The 105 exits onto Imperial Highway, and the RV Park is at the end of Imperial - on the beach in Playa del Rey. The RV Park is located at 12001 Vista del Mar, Playa del Rey, CA 90293. Rates vary from $24 to $32 per day with full hook-ups. Can I park my RV at UCLA?
All UCLA parking structures and lots were designed for commuter vehicles. UCLA is not set up for Recreational Vehicles and has no hook-ups. However, as a courtesy to patients and patient family members/visitors, UCLA allows very limited RV parking for RVs up to a maximum of 22 feet in length. This RV parking area is located in Lot 36 on the corner of Wilshire and Veteran (see map for specific locations with Lot 36). These RV parking spaces are very scarce, therefore we can't guarantee a space. If the designated RV parking spaces are not available please do not park in regular sized parking spaces as you will be subject to a citation. Note: Vehicles exceeding 22 feet in length cannot be accommodated at UCLA.

From I-405N/San Diego Freeway North

  1. Take the Wilshire Blvd exit towards Westwood
  2. Keep right at the fork in the ramp
  3. Merge onto Wilshire Blvd and drive approximately 0.5 miles to Gayley Ave.
  4. Turn left onto Gayley Ave., and drive approximately 0.1 miles to the parking kiosk.


From I-405S/San Diego Freeway South

Take the Wilshire Blvd East exit and follow the directions above beginning with #3.
